Ranger-General of Quel'Thalas. She died defending it from Arthas Menethil, who raised her as a banshee and made her hunt her own people — deliberately, as a punishment for the trouble she'd caused him.
When his grip weakened after The Third War, she tore free, took a large portion of the undead with her, and named them the Forsaken.
She built Undercity beneath the ruins of Lordaeron's throne room, where Arthas murdered his father, and she makes every visitor walk through it.
What They Want
- Arthas Menethil destroyed — personally, and slowly
- A homeland the Forsaken cannot be evicted from
- The Horde's protection for exactly as long as it is useful
- Never to be controlled by anything again
Voice
- Speech: quiet, clipped, with an elven cadence underneath
- Tic: she does not raise her voice. Ever. It's more frightening.
- Never says: anything about her sisters, Alleria and Vereesa
- "Dark Lady watch over you." — her people's benediction, and she permits it
